This process is gaining a great deal of interest for selective repairs to footways, cycleways, paths and roadways within parks and cemetaries.

We have two high performance Bourgein top cutting machines which remove the existing surface to a depth of 75/100mm depending upon substrate. The pulverised material is then recycled to form the new footway base using a hydraulic binder and then compacted with a vibrating roller.

The compacted surface is then sprayed with a tack coat and overcoated with a 20/30mm covering of dense wearing course and compacted with a tandem roller.
